Head of Corporate Finance
We are looking for a highly accurate Head of Corporate Finance to join our Finance team. You will take responsibility to oversee all financial activities including managing financial tasks and ensuring that finances are used beneficially. You should also ensure that investments and finances comply with regulations.
What will you do:
Oversees the company’s financial strategy.
Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
Prepare the investor relations report and maintain a good relationship with local and multinational investors.
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
Provide strategic initiative and collaborate with the C-level and founders.
Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
Reviewing all formal finance, procurement, business, and IT related procedures.
Ensure compliance with the law and company policies.
Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience as Head of Finance or relevant role.
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA or CPA is also highly desirable.
Experienced in leading and managing fundraising is a plus.
Has strong connections with local and multinational investors is a plus.
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Advanced in MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
Ability to strategize and solve problems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Able to work in a fast paced working environment.
