We are looking for an experienced DevOps to join our Engineering team. You will work closely with the other engineers to identify and establish DevOps practices in the company. You will also help the team to build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. You will implement monitoring for automated system health checks and train and guide the team in DevOps practices.

What will you do:

• Monitor & maintain infrastructure health, scalability and security.

• Administer cloud-based Infrastructure deployment, including tasks such as the provisioning/de-provisioning of resources.

• Maintaining security posture user administration, monitoring computing resource utilization, network setup, backup/restore, and incident management.

• Provision of resources required by the engineering team.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and pre-deployment checks/testing.

• Implement automation tools & policies to improve workflow efficiency.

• Promote best practices across the team, and mentor junior team members.

What we are looking for:

• Proven 3+ years’ work experience in a DevOps or similar role.

• Experience in a startup will be a big plus in the crypto industry.

• Strong AWS and/or GCP knowledge (at least 3 years of experience) to architect a solid infrastructure built for scalability, resilience, and security & cost optimization.

• Familiarity with the migration of services and servers to the cloud and containers.

• Programming experience in any language programming especially in Python or Go.

• Experience with Database and datastream ( i.e SQL, NoSQL, MQ, Kafka).

• Understands essential security practices in managing Servers & Networking.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.

• Analytical skills, great interpersonal and communication skills.
