We are looking for an excellent Chief of Staff to join our team. As the Chief of Staff, you are the key to ensuring that executives constantly remain in touch with the company by taking over daily duties, interacting closely with employees, and identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.

What will you do:

• Provide insights to senior leadership for strategic business decisions.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on the most important issues for the company including product/feature expansion, user feedback, new business expansion, competitive analysis, regulatory landscape, etc.

• Implement organization development initiatives including creating and monitoring performance metrics for each division, setting up company policies, building company culture, etc.

• Anything really that will help the company grow!

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree majoring in engineering, business, finance, or related fields.

• 2+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or corporate strategy in fintech/consumer tech.

• Entrepreneurial and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.

• Excellent communication, data analysis, and strategic thinking skills.

• Awesome written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills.

• Analytical skills and great interpersonal skills.
