We are looking for an awesome DevOps Manager or Head of DevOps to join our Engineering team. You will be helping the company implement DevOps strategies and methods throughout the development and deployment process for technical solutions. You will also lead the DevOps teams, monitor project workflow, and ensure the finished product meets quality and reliability standards.

What will you do:

• Oversee the implantation, deployment, and integration of solutions, ensuring successful delivery, high quality, and sustainability of solutions.

• Manage all aspects of solutions deployment and technical operations.

• Manage DevOps team, assigning and monitoring workflow and ensuring quality and efficiency is maintained.

• Plan, build, configure, test, and deploy technology solutions.

• Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals.

• Participate in automation testing and implementation.

• Work with engineers on the design, deployment and continuous improvement of important infrastructure services.

• Take full ownership of the DevOps discipline and be responsible for managing all server/infrastructure related issues.

• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve the speed, efficiency, and scalability of website continuous integration environments.

What we are looking for:

• Proven 5+ years of work experience as a DevOps Manager or similar role.

• Experience in a startup, will be a big plus if in the crypto industry.

• Strong AWS and/or GCP knowledge to architect a solid infrastructure built for scalability, resilience, and security & cost optimization.

• Familiarity with the migration of services and servers to the cloud and containers.

• Programming experience in any language programming especially in Python or Go.

• Experience with Monitoring and Alerting systems (using Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, Pagerduty, etc).

• Experience with Database and datastream ( i.e SQL, NoSQL, MQ, Kafka).

• Understands essential security practices in managing Servers & Networking.

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and testing skills.

• Ability to deliver independently and to translate requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.

• Analytical skills, great interpersonal and communication skills.
